New Table
When a content management page is created the information is displayed in a table.
Each row in the table must contain the same amount of columns. To format more complex pages it is often necessary to have some rows with x columns and some rows with y columns. Check the New Table box at each point in the page where the number of columns in a row changes.
Specify if the content is to be placed in a new table. A typical use for this would be if you had text across the page giving and intro to the content of the page. On the next line you required 3 pictures on a line together. By selecting New Row and New Table the content management sytem will format the page correctly. At the beginning of the next area to display a different number of columns check the New Table Box to format the next area. Eg.
This sets the width of the page area in pixels. This function can be used for general formatting or to optimise a page for display at a certain resolution.
This check box allows you to delete the area of content associated with it.
Each time a new area of content is created the final task is to position the content on the page. The order button moves the content UP to the next area.

Once an area of content is complete click the update button to save the changes. A new box appears under the last area of content for you to enter more content.
Once all the content for a page has been entered click the back button to return to the menu section.

This button allows you to preview images available for display on the content management web-site. This is also the place to navigate to if you want to upload new images. For further details see Image upload.

This button allows you to copy the entire contents of the current page to another menu destination. This function is useful when creating pages that are following a predifined format that is already in use in the web site.
An example of this would be if a user were to want to copy an existing product page to a new page for an additional product without having to copy the existing format settings.
1. Create and name the additional menu item.
2. Click the [copy] button.
3. Select the detination menu as defined in 1.
4. Check the destination is correct.
5. Click [OK] to copy the content.
